Hi All

We are planning a letter and leaflet drop around the Ewhurst village this Sunday 16th March to inform the residence what events the club is planning for the year and to all look to get more involvement from the village and hopefully increase our playing and non-playing membership. We've had 2000 leaflets and newsletters printed and need help in delivering hence my mail to you all asking for volunteers as the more people the better plus there will be a Ploughmen's lunch provided at 12:00 free for all those part-taking.

We will meet at 10:00 at the club house where we will then arrange who covers what areas of the village and share out the leaflets, if you could let me know if you can help we can then ensure there is plenty of ploughmen's available, please email ewhurstcc@btinternet.com or respond to me direct.
